Refund policy
We hope you will be as delighted with your item as we were to receive your order. However, sometimes things go wrong and if, within 30 days of receipt you change your mind, we will be happy to provide you with a refund.
Certain types of items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, for example, pierced earrings, customised orders, dog collars or some items with personalisation, sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Returning your item.
Before you start your return, you can contact us at hello@littlelocketslondon.com. There are times when we a return may not be necessary to process your refund, we can guide you through that.
If you wish to return your item, please complete our returns form and include it with your item which must be unworn and in its original packaging. Post your item to:

For UK returns, please ensure that you retain proof of postage (we recommend tracked post) and for International returns, please also ensure that you include the word "RETURN" on the customs slip. We do not reimburse postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund as soon as possible and, in any event, within no later than 3 working days. Please be aware that refunds may take longer to show on your account.
We do not issue refunds for:
- orders that do not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address, failure to collect an order, attending to delivery dates or third-party supplier loss / damage issues)
- order that do not arrive within the specified time due to factors outside our control (eg: postal or customs delays)
