Shipping policy
As well as producing our own handmade items, we work with suppliers around the world to source high quality products.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK
For handmade items, we generally dispatch your item within 3-7 working days of receiving your order. All handmade items are dispatched by First Class signed for post in the UK and International Tracked / Shipped for the rest of the world. Our suppliers ship within 7 working days.
ALSO SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
Orders destined for outside the UK can take up to 10 working days, although there are a few items that may take up to 30 days and some where our suppliers do not ship outside of the UK, these are clearly stated on the product page. As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or postal systems over which we have no control.
COURIER ONLY DESTINATIONS
Due to postal issues, and to ensure items arrive in a safe and timely manner, we will send items for the following destinations by courier:
South America, Canada, Mexico, French Territories
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Little Lockets London are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made the error, then we will of course compensate for the original order at no additional charge.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For the majority of orders we usually send out our products in one package. However, sometimes for logistical reasons, items in the same purchase can sometimes be sent in separate packages to help them get to you at a faster rate.
